The complete solution

Bruce founded ITDev in 2000. Bruce enjoys keeping up to date with all the latest technologies and despite much time being occupied by commercial aspects, continues to provide technical consultancy.
Before ITDev, Bruce was the software manager at Rural Radio Systems Ltd. Bruce was responsible for the development of an innovative digital wireless telephone system. The sub-systems included embedded software, firmware, network management software, automated test equipment and system test software. Bruce also managed a team of engineers from Marconi Communications Ltd who collaborated on the project.
Previously, Bruce was the software team leader at York Sensors Ltd. Bruce was involved in all stages of the software development life cycle, developing complex embedded real-time systems and graphical user interfaces, and travelling world-wide to provide technical support.
Bruce graduated in Computer Science from Southampton University in 1991, is a Chartered Engineer, and is a member of the British Computer Society (BCS).
Andy took on the role of Engineering Director back in 2005 and has been responsible for the introduction of electronics design services to ITDev. Having built a team of high calibre electronics engineers, Andy has managed a wide range of projects spanning ASIC, FPGA, PCB and software, in applications ranging from video encoding to industrial control.
Prior to joining ITDev, Andy worked for Semtech Ltd, where his roles included leading a team of engineers to develop a family of high performance clock de-jittering and distribution ICs. In this role, Andy gained experience of specifying, designing, evaluating and testing hardware at both IC and PCB level.
Andy's earlier experience includes being an IC Design Engineer at Philips Semiconductors (now NXP). Whilst there, Andy took a technical lead in the development of a TV controller IC, as well as implementing various blocks, including a character-based display processor.
Andy has an MEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
