Facilities

ITDev is located in a modern, well-equipped office, Kenneth Dibben House, on the prestigious Southampton Science Park. We have a large open plan office, a meeting room and access to shared facilities such as conference rooms. We also have a laboratory in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) safe environment, which we use for building prototype hardware and for performing hardware test and evaluation.

We own a server cluster which hosts virtual machines to run our IT systems and internal development tools. Some of the machines provide fast computer processing performance and can be used to run processor intensive hardware simulations. We employ redundant hardware where appropriate including RAID disks and battery backup. We maintain an automatic remote backup of all critical data.
