ITDev has an excellent understanding of both software and hardware, and this of course includes the interface between the two: the device drivers. We understand all aspects of hardware: functionality, interfaces and control for maximum performance and reliability. Equally, we have a real appreciation for the software side and are able to produce application programming interfaces (APIs) that are robust, easy to understand, easy to use, and well-documented for the application programmer.

Multiple Operating System Support

ITDev has the capability to develop device drivers for all of the major operating systems, including all the offerings from Microsoft and all the main Unix/Linux distributions.

As a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Program, ITDev has access to Microsoft's old, current and upcoming operating systems. This means that we're able to develop device drivers for their complete range and we can implement and test drivers for new operating systems before they have been released to the public.

Debugging Techniques

As a Microsoft Partner, ITDev has access to special "checked" builds of the Microsoft operating systems. These builds contain operating system debug which are not present in the retail off-the-shelf operating systems. These special builds help us to fully debug our device drivers so that they are 100% robust and reliable. You can be assured that our hardware + driver + software solutions are exceptionally reliable, and that we can offer drivers for a wide range of operating systems.
