ITDev provides a web-based client portal that can be logged in to from this website to securely access your project data.
The portal has a comprehensive range of facilities including project/release tracking, access to project files and documentation, and the ability to create and track tasks.
The portal provides a great environment for us to work closely with our clients in an unrestricted and open way. The portal is also ideally suited for collaborative projects with multiple partners.

User and Group Management
When a new project is started, an ITDev administrator can create a new project group in the portal and add user accounts for all the team members and client staff.
Group members will then have access to the project files and will be able to use the project management and team collaboration tools.
Project Plan
All projects have a project plan showing the key tasks. The project manager updates the plan and revises the timescale estimates as the project progresses.
Timesheet System
The portal has a timesheet system for team members to log the hours spent on each task.
Clients are able to view the current "live progress".
For each task, you are able to see the percentage completed and the estimated time remaining.
Ticket System
The project manager can setup a ticket system for the project. This will allow anyone in the group to raise new project requirements and to report issues.
The project manager will review incoming tickets and allocate them to appropriate milestones.
You can track the progress of tickets, post follow-up information and attach related documentation.
File Repository
The project files are stored under version control in a file repository. All project documentation, engineering files and source code is stored here. All group members have full access to the files.
We also provide a file store to hold temporary files. This can be used by the team to exchange large data files securely, store installation programs, etc.
Wiki
Group members have access to a project wiki, and are able to make edits. The wiki can be used for a variety of purposes and this varies from project to project. The wiki could be used, for example, as a scratch pad for future project ideas. Some of our projects make extensive use of the wiki facility.
Security
For maximum security of data, all interaction with the system is performed using SSL, which is the same security protocol used for online banking and credit card transactions.
Backup
The portal contents are automatically backed up to a remote site every day. We have the facility to recover the contents of any file to its state on any specified day.
