ITDev has a long history of developing data acquisition systems. We can implement solutions using off-the-shelf DAQ boards from a number of vendors or we can develop bespoke DAQ hardware as required.

We are familiar with National Instruments DAQ hardware, and have a complete understanding of their APIs. We have developed software for their boards using C, C++, NI LabVIEW and Visual Basic.

We Offer...

Multiple Channel Acquisition

ITDev can "simultaneously" acquire data from a large number of channels using multiplexers or top-end DAQ boards (for example, 128 channels).

High Sample Rate Acquisition

Our staff are experienced at providing high sample rate data capture solutions (for example, 1.25 MS/s at 16 bits per sample).

High Performance Data Logging

We can implement high performance data logging using a proprietary data compression algorithm which will guarantee the accuracy of all logged data to a specified tolerance.

ITDev can store your data in an industry standard database for subsequent retrieval and analysis.

Recent Engagements

ITDev has recently been engaged in a number of data acquisition projects, including the development of a system to concurrently acquire, analyse and store data from 11 analogue channels at 25 kHz, using National Instruments hardware and LabVIEW. A variety of sensors were monitored including accelerometers, magnetometers and inclinometers. We've also recently worked on a system with 128 analogue channels at 5 kHz and a system with 72 analogue channels at 100 Hz to monitor voltages.
